7-day easy return or exchange
If you are not happy with your order, you can ask for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
How to request a return or exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 114 0725 or email hurmatzahra883@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number, the item and the reason (photos help if an item arrived damaged or wrong).
- Our team will confirm the next steps and arrange the collection or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, haircare, food and personal-care products can only be returned if they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Refunds
Because orders are paid cash on delivery, approved refunds are sent by bank transfer within 5–7 working days after we receive and check the returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges come with free delivery across UAE once the original item is collected.
